Graduating from Edinburgh College in 2018 with an HNC in Civil Engineering, Lewis completed his 4-year modern apprenticeship with his first company. He gained a vast amount of valuable experience in his time with a multinational firm, working on landmark projects of high value, mainly dealing with steel and concrete structures. He has developed excellent 2D AutoCAD and 3D modelling skills in Revit and worked on projects adopting BIM. Most notable projects were in the education, commercial and healthcare sectors.

Lewis joined Christie Gillespie in April 2019 as he sought to develop his breadth of knowledge on building structures and detailing.

While at college Lewis gained the 'Apprentice of the Year' award for his hard work and a keen interest in Civil Engineering. Continuing his studies, Lewis is currently working his way through his full-time Graduate Apprenticeship Civil Engineering degree as well as working full time. Hero.

Lewis enjoyed playing football from childhood until retiring at 19 years of age. He now enjoys socialising with friends, spending time with family, hitting a pad or two at a Muay Thai class, and the odd day relaxing at a spa.
